The device has a sprinkling unit (16) arranged at proximity of an upper edge (14) to ensure a flow by gravity in the form of a liquid film (18) on an upper surface of a photovoltaic panel (12). An injecting unit injects active surface in the liquid film. The sprinkling unit includes a tube with a liquid inlet at an end and a set of openings (20) provided along a generator arranged slightly above a plane containing an upper surface of the photovoltaic panel. Diameter of each opening is set as 1.5 mm. A space between two successive openings is set as 1.5 mm.
