SLICE RESISTOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A slice register and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the deformation of a passive device by including a ceramic case which supports the slice register. CONSTITUTION: A metal thin plate(20) comprises a plurality of inductiveness channels. The metal thin plate is formed by a punch press manufacturing process. A ceramic case(30) comprises a fillister(31). The ceramic case inserts the fillister into the metal thin plate. Two or more metal wires(40) are respectively welded with the metal thin plate. A slid resister comprises silicon resin and packs the ceramic case and the metal thin plate in order not to be insulated. The thickness of the metal thin plate is 0.025mm to 0.1mm. The thickness of the slid resister is 1.9mm to 2.1mm.
