ELECTROCHROMIC FILMS USING SOL-GEL COATING SOLUTIONS DISPERSED OF TUNGSTEN OXIDE NANO PARTICLE AND PROCESS THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE: An electrochromic film using sol-gel coating solutions of a crystal tungsten oxidation nano particle dispersion type is provided to reduce process costs by a wet coating. CONSTITUTION: An electrochromic film is composed of a base layer(10), a transparent electrode layer(20), and a reduction electrode layer(30). The reduction electrode layer is formed by coating sol-gel coating solutions of a tungsten oxidation nano particle dispersion type. The sol-gel coating solutions are made of crystal tungsten oxide nano particles of 5 to 30 weights, organic solvents of 60 to 90 weights, and inorganic binders of 5 to 30 weights.
