PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for providing an effective content are provided to offer a necessary content to a user who needs the content. CONSTITUTION: A server receives a specific condition from an external terminal or a manager(S510). A control unit searches a target user who wants to offer specific information to a service(S520). The controller transmits the matching result to a manager or a content provider(S530). The server matches a specific content which is received from outside and transmits the content to the selected user terminal(S540). |
