PURPOSE: A terminal device and malicious code prevention method thereof are provided to block malicious traffic which is expanded to the outside of a terminal and to protect the entire network and main system. CONSTITUTION: A blocking unit(213) blocks selected malicious traffic through a security program. A malicious code curing unit(215) performs the treatment of a malicious code through the security program. A malicious code extracting unit(216) extracts the malicious traffic for a process. The malicious code extracting unit extracts the malicious code. A code information reporting unit(217) reports code information related to the extracted malicious code to an update server.
