PURPOSE: A computer parts in which a heat-radiant layer is formed is provided to improve radiant efficiency by improving the radiant rate of a surface based on the heat-radiant coating which is coated on the surface of the computer parts. CONSTITUTION: A radiant coating layer is formed on the surface of a computer part by coating heat-radiant coating which is comprised of infrared ray radiant powder and binder. The infrared ray radiant powder is at least one among jade, sericite, cordierite, ge, ferric oxide, muscovitum, mnO, siC, carbon, cuO, coO, niC, anO5, snO, crO, BN, alN and SiC or mixed compound of them. The binder is an organic binder. The organic binder is selected from a group which is comprised of organic polymer which contains one functional group.
