PURPOSE: A USB inspecting device is provided to quickly and easily inspect whether a USB ground line is disconnected, thereby shortening work time. CONSTITUTION: A base panel(110) comprises a (-) electrode and a (+) electrode. The base panel is installed in a battery receiving groove. An upper lid(120a) includes a plurality of upper ground terminals(121). The upper ground terminals contact first, second, third, and fourth USB terminals of a USB device(100). A USB placing stand(120) is made of a lower support(120b). The lower support includes a lower ground terminal(122). A ground fixture(140) is connected to the (+) electrode by a wire(300). The ground fixture includes a first check pin(131) and a second check pin(132).
