Coupling units are arranged between the operating shaft of an actuator and the shaft section (6b) of a worm shaft (6) to disconnect the force transmitting connection between actuator and shaft section of worm shaft and provide force transmitting connection to accomplish the opening movement of a door. The worm shaft has a worm section (6a), shaft section and a flange section (6c).
