摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A surface with an ultrahydrophobic region and an ultrahydrophilic region is provided to form pattered surface with selective ultrahydrophobic region and ultrahydrophilic region on a single plane without an additional chemical treating process. CONSTITUTION: A micro-patterned and nano-patterned microstructure surface(100) is formed on a substrate. The microstructure surface includes compositely ultrahydrophobic region and ultrahydrophilic region. Micro-patterns and nano-patterns of the microstructure surface are shaped polymer materials. The polymer materials are based on the imprint material of an ultraviolet curable aliphatic urethane acrylate-based low surface energy and based on the imprint material of an ultraviolet curable acrylate-based high surface energy. The inherent water contact angle(WCA) of the imprint material of the low surface energy is 82 degrees. The inherent WCA of the imprint material of the high surface energy is 70 degrees. The microstructure surface includes a protruded surface(110) and a flat groove surface(120).</p>
