PURPOSE: A signal processing device and a signal processing method are provided to quickly recover a signal transmission error by automatically correcting a generation position of a load signal and determining an information frame. CONSTITUTION: A clock generator(121) receives a serial signal and extracts a clock signal. The serial signal includes channel information and an information frame. If a clock signal reaches the maximum clock count, a clock counter(122) outputs a load signal. An SEDES(Serializer and Deserializer)(123) converts a serial signal into a parallel signal according to a load signal by receiving the clock signal, the load signal, and the serial signal. A load signal corrector(127) changes the maximum clock counter by receiving parallel channel information of a preset location.
