The device has concrete boxes (9) that are imbricated. The boxes are placed as a boot (10) or as female. One of top of the boxes comprises a strongly rough surface, where distance between the boxes is 2 cm. Three holes (11) are different in diameter, where diameter of the first hole is 8cm, diameter of the second hole is 11cm and diameter of the third hole is 5cm. The holes are adapted to allow passage of young fishes. A fish trap is provided with a cylinder with 250 meter of diameter.
