The arrangement has an acoustic insulation unit placed in an insulation defect zone and formed of an acoustic insulation piece (3) fixed on a component part located at an interior of a structure (S) for closing junction zones (12, 13). The piece is made of compressible material with time delayed return at non-compressed state. The thickness of the piece is variable by compression between small thickness and large thickness in a non-compressed state. The material of the piece is foam impregnated with synthetic resin. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for realizing an acoustic insulation arrangement (2) a door for a motor vehicle.
