#CMT# #/CMT# The machine has a cup warmer device including a heating body (7) e.g. boiler, that is arranged for transmitting the heat to a cup holder (4) by conduction. The body is connected to a pump (8) i.e. piston pump, for a fluid transportation in the machine. A heat regulating and hydraulic dampening unit (9) is arranged in contact with the heating body for regulating the transfer of heat from the body to the holder and reducing vibrations emitted by the pump to the body, where the regulating and dampening unit is made of elastic and viscoelastic material, elastormeric material and silicone. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method of heating a cup warmer device of a hot drink preparing machine. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for preparing a hot drink e.g. coffee, milk and hot cocoa. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The heat regulating and hydraulic dampening unit regulates the transfer of heat from the body to the holder, thus attaining required temperature of the holder, and hence avoiding the burning risk in case of contact with the cup warmer device and permitting to maintain the liquid at an ideal consumption temperature. The utilization of single heat regulating and hydraulic dampening unit reduces the size and cost of the machine. The heat regulating and hydraulic dampening unit is arranged in contact with the heating body, thus reducing the contact surface between heating bodies, and hence reducing the heat transfer to dampen the vibrations from the body.
