Disclosed are pearl shiny pigment and cosmetic composition comprising the same. More specifically, since the pigment comprises a mixture of glass flake and metal oxide coating-glass flake, it exhibits a snow lump effect, contrary to a case where only metal oxide coating-glass flake is used. In addition, since the pigments comprises the base having physical properties such as refractive index and particle size similar to those of the snow crystal, it exhibits the sterically shining effect, similarly to the lumped snow. |
