<p>[Problem] To provide a biological function diagnosis device and program that make it possible to simultaneously measure, diagnose, visually represent, and display biological functions of a plurality of parts with different biological functions, such as the brain and muscles, different brain parts, and different muscle parts, using NIRS. [Solution] In a biological function diagnosis device (K), the calculation unit (10) of a control unit (7) calculates physiological indices including various types of parameters derived from the degree of change in levels of oxidized hemoglobin concentration ?[HbO2] and the degree of change in levels of deoxidized hemoglobin concentration ?[Hb].
