<p>A rice cooker is provided with: an inner pot (2) having provided at the bottom thereof an upwardly protruding cylindrical protrusion (2a); a body for containing the inner pot (2); a stirring blade (5) having formed in the lower side thereof a recess (5c) which rotatably fits over the protrusion (2a) of the inner pot (2) and stirring rice and water which are contained within the inner pot (2); a drive section (4, 6) disposed below the inner pot (2) and within the body and rotating the stirring blade (5), which is located within the inner pot (2), through a radial type magnetic coupling. Protrusions (5d) having curved surfaces at the tips thereof are formed on a flat surface section in the recess (5c) of the stirring blade (5) at positions having rotational symmetry about the rotation axis of the stirring blade (5). As a result, the water flow stirring type rice cooker allows the stirring blade to rotate stably and enables the stirring blade to be easily mounted and removed after rice is cooked.</p> |
