<p>PURPOSE: A sheet structure for interior materials of a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle a base material layer and a coating layer when a car is scrapped, since the base material layer and the coating layer are made of the same kind of resin. CONSTITUTION: A sheet structure(22) for interior materials of a vehicle comprises following steps. A base layer(20) is formed at a first extruder(30). The base layer contains olefin synthetic resin and wood meal. An olefin coating layer(21) is formed in a second extruder(33). The seat structure is formed by the lamination of the base layer and the olefin coating layer. The seat structure is preheated. The seat structure is embossed.</p> |
