<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device in which an enclosure covering a semiconductor light-emitting element has fire-retardancy complying with a UL standard and diffusion light is emitted from the enclosure, and a lighting fixture equipped with this light-emitting device. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device 1 is equipped with a light emitting body 2 having semiconductor light-emitting elements 7, a device body 3 of which on one end side 3a, the light emitting body 2 is installed and power supply parts 17, 17 are fitted on the other end side 3b, a lighting device 4 which is housed in the device body 3, operates supplied with power through the power supply parts 17, 17, and lights the semiconductor light-emitting elements 7, a resin-made enclosure 5 which is translucent and has fire-retardancy of V0 or more of the UL standard and is installed on one end side 3a of the device body 3 so as to cover the light emitting body 2, and a diffusion body 6 which has translucency and light diffusion property and is installed between the light emitting body 2 and the enclosure 5 so as to cover the semiconductor light-emitting elements 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
