<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a resin molded product containing a primary molding product as an insert, the primary molding product being molded integrally with a secondary molding product, in which the primary molding product is fixed reliably to a molding die for the secondary molding product, and in addition clogging of a gas discharge channel during the secondary molding is suppressed to ease the maintenance of the molding die. <P>SOLUTION: A resin nut holder 2 is prepared as the primary molding product. In injection molding the secondary molding product, a region 9 as a part of the surface of the resin nut holder 2 is tightly in contact with a positioning wall provided in the molding die, and the resin nut holder 2 is held by mold-clamping the molding die. Space is formed by closing the resin nut holder 2 and the molding die to form a molding cavity 10 for the secondary molding product. In the region 9 as a part of the surface of the resin nut holder 2 to be in tight contact with the positioning wall, a groove having its one end being in communication with the outside of the molding cavity 10 and the other end being opened in the molding cavity 10 is provided as a gas discharge channel for the injection molding of the secondary molding product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
