<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate the power in an input side of a hydraulic pump so as to control an engine load based on the power in an input side. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid working machine, a hydraulic pump 21 is driven by an output of an engine 30 and an output of a motor generator 34. The torque of the input side of the hydraulic pump 21 is calculated by estimated calculations. The power of the input side of the hydraulic pump 21 is calculated by multiplying the calculated torque by the rotational frequency of the hydraulic pump 21.
