<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter for filtering electromagnetic radiation which has variable incidence angles. <P>SOLUTION: An optical filter (60) comprises a laminate of at least one of dielectric or semiconductive layers (64, 66) which is provided between the two of partially reflective layers (68, 70, 72). The laminate forms a set of Fabry Perot resonator which is set for a predetermined wavelength. An average refractive index of the dielectric or semiconductive layers (64, 66) is variable in the plane perpendicular to the lamination direction (E) of the laminate so as to compensate an effect of change of an incident angle of electromagnetic radiation on a transmission spectrum of the resonator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
