<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for robustly painting a resin or metal product without environmental contamination or a drainage treatment facility in a treatment process of the product. <P>SOLUTION: In the method, liquid subcritical carbon dioxide (fluid) to which alcohols are added is sprayed onto a product in a tank to perform degreasing and removal of powder dust, a rough surface is ultrasonically formed on the product in the liquid fluid, a pretreatment liquid is immersed therein, and the rough surface is then solidified by ultraviolet irradiation. The resulting product is washed with a liquid fluid, an interfacial cross-linking agent is adhered to the product, and the product is washed again. Electroless copper plating is performed on the product within the tank to form a conductive copper-plated thin film (A thin film), an electroless copper coating material is sprayed onto the A thin film out of the tank through an electrostatic painting gun by using a gaseous fluid as injection pressure to form a copper-plated film (B film), and a nickel finish top coat is sprayed onto the B film through the electrostatic painting gun by using liquid and gas fluids as paint solvent and injection pressure respectively, whereby a nickel paint film is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
