<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chopsticks made of plastic having a pinching part in a form for surely pinching food, which can prevent them from being worn and depleted by repeated use and wash, does not allow food particle to be attached to the gripping part and allows easy wash. <P>SOLUTION: On the area in the longitudinal direction of the food pinching part 2 of the chopsticks made of plastic, a plurality of polygonal parts with corners 6 and double-angle polygonal shaped part 9 are alternately formed. The double-angle polygonal shaped part 9 is formed as a polygonal shape with corners and surfaces double as many as the polygonal parts with corners 6 by the corner cut surface 7 and the remaining surface part 8 remaining in the circumferential direction between the corner cut surfaces 7.
