PHYSICAL TRAINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical training device that easily makes an effect of physical training on a user.

SOLUTION: The physical training device 1 includes: a body part 10 formed in an annular shape; and a moving object 20 moving through a hollow passage 11 of the body part 10. An electromagnet 30 is provided outside the body part 10. A magnetic circuit is formed between the electromagnet 30 and the moving object 20 to allow the moving object 20 to move through the hollow passage 11.
