<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sterilizing and cleaning that sterilizes and cleans an ethanol fermentation apparatus without using rising water, and reduces a manufacturing cost of bioethanol. <P>SOLUTION: The ethanol fermentation apparatus 1 includes: a saccharification solution storage tank 2; an anaerobic fermentation tank 3; a fermented solution storage tank 4; a device 19 for supplying the saccharification solution from the saccharification solution storage tank 2 to the anaerobic fermentation tank 3; and a device 28 for supplying the fermented solution from the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 to the saccharification solution storage tank 4. The ethanol fermentation apparatus sterilizes and cleans the saccharification solution storage tank 2, the device 19 for supplying the saccharification solution, the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 and the fermented solution storage tank 4 by using cleaning solution. The saccharification solution is provided at the saccharification solution storage tank 2, the device 19 for supplying the saccharification solution and the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 where the cleaning solution is remained. The fermented solution generated in the anaerobic fermentation tank 3 is provided at the device 28 for supplying the fermented solution and the fermented solution storage tank 4 where a sterilization state is maintained by the remained cleaning solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
