PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifying device capable of reducing the dispersion of a drain current caused by the difference of device characteristics.

SOLUTION: An amplifying device 3B includes: an amplifying element 10 which outputs an output signal S2 from an output terminal 14 by amplifying an input signal S1 input into an input terminal 12; a temperature detection element 41 arranged adjacent to the amplifying element 10 and output value of which varies according to the temperature of the amplifying element 10; and an operational amplifier 11 which generates an output voltage V6 for bringing the current value of the drain current Id passing through the amplifying element 10 to a default value, and applies a bias voltage V7 based on the output voltage V6 on a gate electrode G of the amplifying element 10.
