It has been difficult to accurately grasp deterioration of power generation performed by solar cells. Disclosed is a photovoltaic power generation system which includes: a solar cell (11), which generates power corresponding to an input quantity of solar light; a solar light predicting section (12), which analyzes distribution of clouds in the sky above the solar cell (11), and outputs a predicted input quantity of solar light to be inputted to the solar cell (11); and a transmitting section (display section (42)) which transmits information on the basis of the predicted input quantity.
