A continuous rolling type cold-bending forming method for a stainless steel seal-water sheet is to obtain a roll-bending deformation by continuously rolling pass by pass, and in the deformation process a pair of rollers comprised of an upper roller and a lower roller are adopted, in cooperation with a guide vertical roller and a side vertical roller. The product obtained by the method has the following merits: good consistency and steady quality, unrestricted length of the steel sheet, reasonable setting of the right-angular change, and long service life.
