The heat conducting plastic element comprises heat conducting carbon fiber strands (2) adjacently embedded into a plastic matrix (3) so that an embedding partially extends itself over an entire length of the carbon fiber strands and forms a rod-shaped element (1) on whose both ends of a respective metallic contact element (6) is arranged, where the contact element is firmly connected with the rod-shaped element. The ends of the rod-shaped element are metallized. The metallization of the ends is performed by an electrochemical or chemical coating process, and vacuum coating. The metallization of the ends is performed by an electrochemical or chemical coating process, vacuum coating, and sputtering or cold gas spraying, where the ends are solder-coated. The ends of the rod-shaped element are directly, firmly connected together with a metallic contact element by a solder connection or welding process such as friction welding. The carbon fiber strands are embedded over its entire length into the plastic matrix, are curved in a single side, and are partially embedded at an upper and lower ends into the plastic matrix.
|
