MECHANISMS FOR OPTIMIZING COSMIC ENERGY AND CONVERTING SAID COSMIC ENERGY INTO ELECTRICAL ENERGY

The invention relates to three claims: 1) the manufacture of a device that optimizes cosmic energy by applying additional weight to matter; 2) the circular assembly of the devices that increase the weight of matter in a wheel; and 3) the industrial method for optimizing cosmic energy and converting said cosmic energy into electrical energy. The invention is characterized in that it appropriately uses the devices in the first and second claims to generate electrical energy. The invention uses a large-diameter wheel instead of the conventional turbines used in methods for generating electrical energy, and consequently, thermoelectric and thermonuclear plants could be replaced by power plants that use cosmic energy to produce electrical energy. The scientific basis for the inventions is found in the physics thesis "The Bipolarity of the Universe," which provides a novel matter particle model, with its understanding of the mechano-mechanical-cosmic nature of the energy structures recently discovered by modern cosmology: dark matter and dark energy. Characteristics of the process are found in 7 (seven) diagrams and in the description of the 20 (twenty) materials and mechanisms necessary for the manufacture and operation thereof.
