<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicality of a manufacturing-work machine for performing manufacturing work by means of a plurality of work element execution devices. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing-work machine includes: a plurality of work-element execution devices 40, 28, 32, etc.; and integrated control devices 130, 136 for integrally controlling the work-element execution devices by sequentially transmitting a plurality of action commands thereto. Each work-element execution device includes: individual control devices 90, 100, 104, etc. for controlling operation of the work-element execution device itself; and operating devices 58, 72, 78, etc. for executing a work element assigned to the work-element execution device. Each individual control device recognizes the content of the action command transmitted from the integrated control device, and controls operation of the operating device so as to perform an operation corresponding to the action command.
