WEB CONFERENCE SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSOR AND CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME, PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve band control within a range of communication band assigned to each room when detecting an event occurring in each room of a Web conference system.

SOLUTION: When it is determined that a band control needs to be performed in a conference status on the basis of: first determination means for determining if a user of an information processor is a type of a user for whom the band control needs to be performed during using a Web conference; second determination means for determining if an image is displayed on the information processor; and third determination means for determining if the band control is performed in the conference status due to a change of utilization situation for the user, a communication band of a medium used in the information processor within the network assigned to the Web conference is dynamically controlled according to network setting information of a configuration file, and the communication band of the medium used in the information processor of the user is recalculated if the utilization situation of the user who uses the Web conference is changed.
