<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of making a window teller's voice louder properly at each window, without failing in workability of a window teller, in a multiple window system having a plurality of windows at a customer service counter. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of microphone devices converting voice to optical signals and transmitting the optical signals are placed on respective window tellers B1 to B3, and further a loudspeaker device is disposed in respective windows A1 to A3, and includes an optical receiver 5 receiving the optical signals transmitted from the microphone devices and converting the optical signals to electric signals, and a loudspeaker 6 converting the electric signals of the optical receiver 5 to voice and outputting the voice. In addition, the plurality of microphone devices and the loudspeaker device are set to be in radiocommunication through optical signals having a same channel, while the optical receiver 5 is installed under a top board 15 of a customer service counter S, in a storage space formed on the inner side of a light shielding side board of both sides, to prevent radio interference between neighboring windows A1 to A3 by using a shielding function of the light shielding side boards. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
