IMAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM, PORTABLE TERMINAL, IMAGE COLLECTION DEVICE, AND IMAGE COLLECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image collection system for comprehensively collecting photographic images of landmarks while saving human costs of system providers.

SOLUTION: An image collection system 100 includes an imaging terminal 10 possessed by unspecified users and an image collection device 20. The imaging terminal 10 includes: an imaging unit 11 for acquiring photographic images by photographing; a contribution information generation unit 14 for generating contribution information including the photographic images acquired by the imaging unit 11; and a communication unit 15 for transmitting the contribution information. The image collection device 20 includes: a communication unit 21 for receiving the contribution information transmitted from the communication unit 15 of the imaging terminal 10; a landmark identification unit 24 for identifying a landmark appearing in a photographic image included in the contribution information; and a photographic image evaluation unit 26 for evaluating the photographic image included in the contribution information depending on the landmark identified by the contribution information or the landmark identification unit 24 and outputting an evaluation result.
