<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain stabilization of operation on a second facility side of post-processing while controlling tension fluctuation during acceleration. <P>SOLUTION: A maximum displacement L of a moving-side looper 42 is calculated from a line speed V<SB POS="POST">CEN</SB>of a central facility 10 on line in a control unit 50, and the mode of rate enhancement feature of a rate instruction is automatically switched according to the position of the moving-side looper 42 or the storage amount of a work 100 in a looper device 40. When the storage amount is small, the feed rate of the work 100 in a delivery-side facility 20 is gently increased, whereby the tension fluctuation of the work 100 is prevented. When the storage amount is large, the feed rate of the work 100 in the delivery-side facility 20 is sharply increased, whereby the storage amount of the work 100 in the looper device 40 is prevented from being excessive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
