<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition capable of forming a cured product excellent in hardness, flexibility, transparency, low birefringence and low linear expansion, and to provide a transparent film produced by curing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises a reactive (meth)acrylate polymer (A) having a specific structure, a reactive monomer (B), silica fine particles (C) and a polymerization initiator (D), wherein the silica fine particles (C) are produced by surface-treating silica fine particles (C') free from surface-treatment with >50 pts.mass and ≤100 pts.mass of a silane compound (E) having a polymerizable unsaturated group based on 100 pts.mass of the silica fine particles (C'). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
