<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source supply device capable of supplying stable power to a load section from a rectification part and a solar battery. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply device 100 having an antenna 101, a rectification part 112 connected to the antenna 101 and a solar battery 102, supplies power to an organic EL cell 10. The power supply device 100 includes a power selection section 111 and a selection control section 110a. The power selection section 111 includes a first connection 111a connected to the rectification part 112; a second connection 111b connected to the solar battery 102; and a third connection 111c connected to the organic EL cell 10. The power selection section 111 can switch between a first state where the third connection 111c is connected with the first connection 111a and a second state where the third connection 111c is connected with the second connection 111b. The selection control section 110a makes the power selection section 111 perform such switching if a voltage of the power to the organic EL cell 10 is larger than a first reference value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
