<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam emitting device that enables a laser beam to scan in a target area even if a disturbance component, due to stray light or electric noise, etc., is contained in the difference between the light receiving position of servo light detected based on a signal from a photosensor and an ideal light receiving position. <P>SOLUTION: Based on a differential signal indicating a difference between the light emitting position of servo light captured based on a detection signal from PSD 315 and the ideal light receiving position, a microcomputer 7 controls a mirror actuator 100 so that a laser beam follows a target trajectory on a target area. Additionally, the microcomputer 7 detects an error period in which the differential signal contains a disturbance component. The microcomputer 7 stops the control of causing the laser beam to track the target trajectory according to the differential signal during the detected error period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
