<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide valve in which a valve element and an air drive section can be detached integrally with the slide plate, and maintenance is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The slide valve 1 includes, in a body 3 with a flow path, the slide plate 4 which moves perpendicularly to a flow path axis, horizontally and between a closing position preventing flow in a flow path 2 and an open position permitting flow. In the slide valve 1, the valve element 13 built in the slide plate 4 is moved to an axial direction of the flow path so as to be freely opened/closed, and a base end section 6 of the slide plate 4 is attached to a rotation axis 7 mounted on the body 3 so as to be freely detached. When the base end section 6 provided in the slide plate 4 is connected to the rotation axis 7, seal attaching/removing of both a communication hole and an exhaust path provided at a connection part of the rotation axis 7, and an air supply exhaust port 6c and the exhaust port provided at the slide plate, are made possible through an O-ring 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
