<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for a solar battery backside protective member which is excellent in hydrolysis resistance and adhesiveness to an encapsulating resin of a solar battery cell. <P>SOLUTION: A polyester film for a solar battery backside protective member is a laminated polyester film having the following polyester A layer on at least one of outermost layers and containing at least one layer of the following polyester B layer, has a content of a terminal carboxyl group of 26 equivalents/ton or less of the laminated polyester film, and has a coating layer, which are formed from a polyurethane having at least one type of a polycarbonate backbone and a polyether backbone and a crosslinking agent, on at least one of the surfaces of the polyester A layer. The polyester A layer: a layer made of a polyester containing an aromatic polyester as a main component and a content of less than 8 wt.% of white pigments. The polyester B layer: a layer made of a polyester containing an aromatic polyester as a main component and a content of 8 wt.% or more of white pigments. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
