<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sheet that has a structure to exert the functions of a magnetic material to the maximum, while ensuring the minimum necessary physical performance as a sheet. <P>SOLUTION: A magnetic sheet includes a magnetic layer 2 which is unitary in the thickness direction of the sheet. The magnetic layer 2 is formed of a ferrite sintered body 1, and the ferrite sintered body 1 is so arranged as to simultaneously form upper and lower surfaces of the magnetic layer 2. A sheet base material 3 is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the magnetic layer 2, and gaps are formed in the ferrite sintered body 1. The gaps are constituted by the sheet base material 3.
