<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor required for searching index information of bookmark information or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 10 configuring an information displaying device 1 stores a plurality of pieces of index information 11 given to each of the plurality of mutually different data. A display part 20 displays the index information 11 on a list. A control part 30 monitors time intervals of access to each of the data by users in the own device 1 and determines the index information to be displayed in an upper rank corresponding to the time intervals when the list is displayed.
