<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docking station and an electronic device using the same with which a portable computer is moved with a base by detachably connecting the portable computer. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device includes a portable computer and a docking station. The docking station includes a main body, a base and a connector. The portable computer is detachably connected to the docking station. The base is movably connected to the main body. The connector is arranged on the base and can relatively move with the base with respect to the main body. The main body is electrically connected to the portable computer via the connector.
