<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to safely store and transmit a document file handled between users of a group such as a company by a secret sharing with respect to a data management system with the secret sharing. <P>SOLUTION: A data management system comprises an ASP server 10 providing a service for a group such as a company. The ASP server 10 comprises a labeling management part 11 managing a process to attach label information chosen by a user to a document file in a user terminal 20 of a group, a secret sharing management part 15 providing a service for fragmentation processing (secret sharing) of a file in the user terminal 20 and for restoration processing for use, and a check part 16 for checking an appropriateness of the restoration at the restoration processing. Also, the system has a means to associate disclosure range information of each group with the label information.
