<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical refrigerant leakage sensing system in refrigerating cycles, which allows an adjustment to be readily made to the position of a fluid level sensor means according to the fluid level of the refrigerant that is filled in a facility for the first time after the installation thereof and which enables practically applicable leakage control with improved accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid level sensor means 9, which detects the fluid level of the refrigerant 2 inside a refrigerant storage section 7, is provided outside the refrigerant storage section 7 that is in fluid communication with a fluid tank 1.
