<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prvide a thixotropic liquid insulating vanish, which simultaneously satisfies the adherence to rectangular wire edges and the like and the sufficient permeability even to narrow sites such as joint parts, is excellent in adhesivenes, preservation stability, and thermal deterioration resistance, generates little of volatile components to protect the working environment, exhibits a good yield, can be adhered with little of residual air bubbles, and has the hiding property of insulating portions. <P>SOLUTION: The thixotropic liquid insulating vanish comprises (a) a polybasic acid- or its acid anhydride-modified vinyl ester resin, (b) a dicyclopentenyloxyalkyl methacrylate or a dicyclopentenyloxyalkyl acrylate, (c) a trifunctional acrylate or a trifunctional methacrylate, (d) a metallic soap, (e) a hydroxide group-terminated liquid polybutadiene, and (f) a colloidal calcium carbonate, wherein the thixotropic degree at 25°C is ≥2.0 and ≤8.0; and the viscosity at 25°C is ≥5.0 Pa s and ≤50 Pa s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
