<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest with holes that facilitates manufacture regardless of a shape of a through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: The headrest has: a front side skin material 21 coming into abutment with the head of a passenger; and a back side skin material 11 consisting of a soft synthetic resin skin, and formed separately from the front side skin material 21 so as to make free the front side skin material side. A frame 30 integrated with a stays is arranged in the back side skin material 11; the back side skin material 11 and the front side skin material 21 are set in a molding mold U for pad molding; a foaming liquid for pad molding is injected into the front side skin material 21; and a pad 10 is integrally molded with the frame, the back side skin material 11, and the front side skin material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
