<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain redundancy of a binder for binding an actuator unit and a passage unit from moving into a pressure chamber or from attaching to the side surface or the surface of the actuator unit. <P>SOLUTION: The passage unit 12 is a layered product of plates 12a to 12i, and is formed with individual passages 14 from the pressure chambers 16 to ejection openings 14a and a dummy passage 14d. The pressure chambers 16 and a dummy pressure chamber 16d as one end of the dummy passage 14d are formed on the plate 12a. The pressure chambers 16, 16d are opened at a top surface 12x of the passage unit and are closed by the actuator unit 17 which is fixed to the top face 12x with a binder. The dummy passage 14d is formed on the plates 12a to 12d, and a space of the dummy passage 14d is extended to an atmospheric opening formed on the top surface 12x from an opening 16b of the dummy pressure chamber 16d via a through hole 14dx and a recess 14dy and is opened to the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
