<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent frequent handover request to a hybrid cell from a terminal device of a non-CSG member and prevent the increase in burden on a base station device when the hybrid cell is congested and the terminal device of the non-CSG member cannot be connected. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device forming an adjacent cell of a hybrid cell receives a handover request to the adjacent cell from the hybrid cell of a terminal device of a non-CSG member, including identifying information indicating the prohibition of handover to the hybrid cell of the terminal device of the non-CSG member, and then prevents any handover to the hybrid cell from the terminal device of the non-CSG member located in the adjacent cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
