<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit capable of applying delay with high accuracy to an input signal and a control method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A delay circuit is provided with an edge detection circuit 1004 to detect transition time of rising or falling of an input signal 1001 based on multiple clock signals having different phases; and an output signal generation part 1015 to reproduce and output a signal waveform of the input signal, after lapse of predetermined delay time from the transition time of the detected input signal, based on a clock signal corresponding to the transition time of the input signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
